HAPPINES DIET FOR GOOD WEIGHT

Instead of keeping strictly to the diet, we can just consume more ‘happiness foods’: low fat meat, chicken, liver, fish, eggs, low fat milk and dairy products, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, celery, peas, bananas, citrus fruits, kiwi, blueberries, beans, lentils, wheat germs, nuts, rosemary, basil, thyme, mint, and natural chocolate.

Eat frequently in small portions. The long intervals between meals result in low blood sugar, cravings for unhealthy food, and weight excess.
