We have already talked about the importance of the positive mind frame. Now, we will elaborate by examining the ideas of professor Sitin. In his view, the positive flow of thoughts has a healing effect on the body. When we are sick, the ailing organs send signals to the nervous system as to inform about their malfunctioning. This information is stored in the brain for a long time. Similarly to a matrix, the nervous system resends the information to the body organs over and over. As a result, the healing process is prolonged in time. In order to reverse this, we have to remove the information about the various pathological processes. This task can be handled by a positive mind frame. Literally, it washes away the unwanted data and replaces it with information directed to recuperation. This impulse strengthens the immune system which commences a successful fight with the disease.
In the same fashion, when we decide to start a weight change program and reach our good weight, we can make a good use of the method. Even if we don`t aim at any particular objective at the moment, the positive mind frame help us stay healthy.
The healing texts are based on science, there is no mystery involved. For instance, the texts are based on positive messages only. Expressions such as ‘I don`t have a sick heart’ or ‘My liver is not malfunctioning’ contain strong negative connotations. They augment the negative energy of the ‘sickness-related’ words and can affect us adversely. The same is true for weight change: avoid repeating ‘I am not overweight’.
Use positive statements such as ‘I am confident that my heart is strong and healthy’, ‘I am on the right path to weight change’. These phrases will give the right mind frame. They have to be repeated in order to trigger the healing process. It is best to arrange our statements in ascending order. For instance, we can say ‘I have almost reached my best weight’, ‘My weight change plan brings astonishing results’, and so on.
The healing texts have better effects if we audiotape them. We recommend listening to the messages, repeating them aloud, and wrapping them in written sentences. We can listen to the tape on our way to work, at home, and at any convenient time.
The restructuring of our mindset shall be conceived as something pleasant. If certain phrases are adverse to us, it`s better to cross them down. On the opposite, if some phrases appeal to us, we have to use them more often.
This psychological method can be used by itself or combined with medical treatment. We can always focus our thoughts on becoming perfectly fit and attaining our best weight. The procedure has no side effects and only contributes to our health!
